We’re seeking a seasoned Consultant to join our team, driving transformative change with Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Lean methodologies. As a strategic partner to clients, you’ll analyze complex operations, identify game-changing opportunities, and implement tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client engagements: Conduct assessments, identify constraints, and develop strategic plans.
  2. Design and implement TOC and Lean solutions: Streamline processes, optimize inventory management, and enhance supply chain operations.
  3. Collaborate with clients: Coach teams, facilitate workshops, and ensure sustainable results.
  4. Analyze data: Identify trends, opportunities, and metrics to measure success.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs: Educate clients on TOC, Lean, and operational excellence principles.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of consulting experience in TOC, Lean, or operations improvement.
  2. Proven track record of delivering results-driven projects.
  3. Strong understanding of TOC, Lean, and operational excellence principles.
  4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conquer data chaos: Collect, analyze, and visualize client data to identify constraints and opportunities.

Requirements:

  4. SQL skills and experience with databases.
